I am not able to log in and receive an error: ‘Number has already been taken’

To login with your account app select the 'Sign in' button on the top left corner on the welcome screen. Here you can enter your registered mobile number and activation code (or request a new activation code).

You use the 'Start' button on the welcome screen to create a new account and login to Talk360. If you are already registered and have an existing account, you will receive the error ‘number already been taken’, when you try to enter the app using the ‘Start” button.

How can I buy credits?

Buying credits is very easy:

  • Go to our Online Shop via the Talk360 website, enter your phone number and click 'next'
  • Select the amount you wish to buy and if you have a promotion code, you can enter this in the box that refers to this
  • Click next again, check the summary of your requested purchase and confirm.
  • Choose one of our many payment options and follow the steps of our payment provider to complete your purchase

How long are my credits valid?

Your credits are valid for six months from the moment of purchase. Once you buy new credits, both the new and the remaining credits will be valid for another six months.

Trial minutes are valid for 7 days and earned free credits are valid for 1 month.
